2011-2012 Longterm Out-Bound Exchange Students Rotary District 6690 Youth Exchange Getting Ready To Explore the World Becoming a exchange student takes a three year commitment. One year of training and orientation; one year of exchange to a foreign country'; one year of being a Rotex and training new outbound exchange students. It takes a special kid to pull this off and we have maybe our most qualified group ever, set for next year.
